Method
- Peel the garlic and crush in a mortar. (Alternatively, chop finely)
- Put the olive oil, spices, garlic and yogurt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Cut the paneer into 3-4 cm cubes and add to the mixture. Mix everything well.
- Wash the vegetables and chop as desired (see in the quantities).
- Place the paneer with the spice-garlic-yoghurt marinade in a non-stick frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Heat the wraps briefly on both sides in a pan and top as desired.

Notes
- You can use whatever vegetables you like. If you don't like onions, for example, you can leave them out.
- If you want the wrap to be even crispier, I recommend briefly frying the wrap again on both sides until golden brown after rolling it up.
- Paneer can also be easily marinated in advance and kept in the fridge for several days.
