Method
- Toast the pastry threads: Melt the butter in a pan and toast the shredded pastry (kadayif) over medium heat until golden brown. Then let it cool completely.
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine the pistachio cream, tahini, and rose water. Add the cooled pastry threads and stir until everything is well combined.
- Melt the chocolate: Gently melt the milk chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Fill the molds: Pour half of the melted chocolate into silicone molds or small cups. Let the chocolate cool slightly.
- Add the filling: Place the prepared filling in the center of the chocolate molds. Cover it with the remaining melted chocolate so the filling is completely enclosed.
- Decorate (optional): Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the molds for decoration.
- Let the chocolate set: Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until the chocolate has fully hardened.
- Serve: Remove the chocolates from the molds and enjoy!

Notes
For the double-boiler method, bring water to a simmer in a pot and place a heatproof bowl with chopped chocolate on top. Stir until fully melted.
For the microwave method, place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in 30-second intervals at medium power, stirring in between, until smooth.
